Welcome to our new member

A warm welcome to our new student member, Dmitri Akers.

Book club

On 20 July we got together online for a chat around a selection of books that ranged from Mark Brandi’s The Others to Nancy Mitford’s The Pursuit of Love to Anne Cleeves’ The Darkest Evening. Much of the discussion turned to whether stories from books were made better or worse for being adapted into movies or TV shows. There will be more of these, and you don’t have to do any special reading; just what you’re already working through.

Upcoming event

We have a workshop on using online collaboration tools in September. Whether you’re a freelancer or an employee, chances are you’ll be working online either on your own or with others. On 8 September at 6pm, find out more about which online tools you can use to help you collaborate with others and manage your projects.
