The Australian Publishers Association (APA) has postponed its 10th Residential Editorial Program (REP 2020) to be held in Sydney to Monday 30 November ā Saturday 5 December 2020 due to COVID-19.
The elite mentorship program is a professional development initiative for mid-career, managing and commissioning editors and is designed to complement theĀ Beatrice David Editorial Fellowship.
Administered by APA and supported by theĀ Copyright Agency Cultural FundĀ and the publishing industry, the REP recognises editorsā needs for mentorships, professional collaboration and advanced training.
IPEd CEO Karen Lee has advised APA that IPEd, as the industry body for editors, is keen to be part of the program when it goes ahead.
