The next accreditation exam will be held after IPEd Council and its Accreditation Board have discussed the responses to the exam discussion paper and have decided how to manage future exams. The Accreditation Board's recommendation to Council is to pursue Option 7 in the paper.
The IPEd accreditation exam is designed for competent editors with at least three years’ full-time editing experience or equivalent; it is not intended as an entry-level exam.
For detailed information about the exam’s format and how to prepare for future exams, see the sample exams. After attempting the sample exams, check your answers against the relevant answer guides and mark-up guides to section 2 .
